By request I'm making this blog a little more interactive. So here we go: Following are bridesmaid dresses I've looked at thus far and liked. Comment away.
1. Fun and spring like
2. I say no, but like a Barbie dress
3. I actually don't mind this
4. Obviously the shorter one
5. Simple with contrast sash
6. Really simple
7. Tea length
8. Off the shoulder
Remember, I like green, my top choices are hunter, teal, and meadow.

I like: 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7. But I think the length of 6 and 7 will be unflattering, even though the dresses themselves are pretty.
And I feel like 4 is not going to be universally popular. Haha.
Well I liked almost all of them. I really liked: 1, 2 in the shorter length, 3 in the shorter length,6, and 8. My favorite would have to be 7 as long as the sash would be the same color. I played with the colors online and the teal didn't look so hot with the black sash. Five was nice with the contrasting colors. However, I dunno about 4... I think if it was in green we would look like mermaids...
I love 3 and especially 6!
I actually have a dress that's really similar to 6, and it's extremely flattering b/c the way the dress is ruched to that area where the sash goes around the middle makes it look like you have a really tiny waist and draws the attention upward. (And this comes from a person who does NOT have a tiny waist, lol.)
I also feel that both of those are very re-wearable... none of this "well you can always shorten it and wear it again business!"
I don't care for number 1 or 4 all too well, but you know me; I'd wear a paper bag if you asked me to! (as long as I had the right shoes ;-)

oh, also, I didn't think of this before, but if you're going with green, something in a georgette or a chiffon or some other light, airy fabric would be better for spring than something in a satin... green satin would make us look like we were going to a christmas party.

Hey its Cass! 1, 3, 6, and 7 are my favorites. I really like green for the color. I'm so excited because I'm a fan of pretty much any dress. haha
